This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all fees, payments, and purchases made to Sterling Vail ("Sterling Vail," "we," "us," or "our"), including purchases made through our website, invoices, subscriptions, one-time charges, and any other payment method we accept. By completing a purchase, you ("you" or "Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy.
All sales final — no refunds
All purchases are final. Fees are non-refundable in full or in part, under any and all circumstances, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, failure to use or consume services, scheduling conflicts, business changes, force majeure, technical issues on your side, account suspension or termination for violation of our terms, duplicate purchases made in error, or any other reason whether or not listed here.
Subscriptions and recurring charges
Subscription and recurring fees are earned when billed. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period, prorated or otherwise, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
One-time fees and deliverables
One-time purchases, setup fees, deposits, rush fees, and similar charges are non-refundable once paid, including where delivery has not yet occurred or you choose not to use what was delivered.
No credits or substitutions
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed writing, we do not provide credits, service substitutions, or fee transfers in place of a refund.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar dispute does not void this Policy. We may contest such disputes and pursue available remedies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abusive or fraudulent payment activity.
Relationship to other terms
This Policy is part of your agreement with us. If any provision of this Policy conflicts with a prior oral statement or informal communication, this Policy and our Terms & Conditions control.
Changes
We may update this Policy at any time. The version posted on this page is controlling. Continued purchases after posting of changes constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
